Strattons Terms & Conditions – booking Annex Rooms
Annex rooms are Stalls, Opium, Print 1 Print 2, CoCoes 1 CoCoes 2
Booking: A reservation is made with Strattons Hotel Ltd (‘the hotel’) and represents a legally binding contract between the guest and the hotel.
Cancellation: For cancellations or amendments of bookings within 7 days* prior to the date of arrival there will be a charge of up to 100% of the room rate for the nights not re-sold. For any nights, that we can re-sell there will be no charge. Every effort is made to re-sell cancelled rooms and a reserve list is always kept in case of this event.
We require a valid credit card to secure all bookings and reserve the right to charge the card as detailed above. By entering this contract, you are authoriing us to make the above charges to the card without any additional consent being required. For cancellations outside of the 7 days there will be no charge. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellations or loss of deposit, www.guestfirst.co.uk specialise in travel insurance.

Deposit: A deposit of your first nights’ accommodation will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking. Deposits may be transferred or refunded in full if a cancellation occurs outside of the cancellation notice periods as stated above. Deposits may not be returned if a cancellation occurs within the cancellation period as stated above. A small admin fee of £25 may be incurred for deposits refunded inside the cancellation period.
Check in: Guaranteed from 4 pm on day of. Please contact us immediately if you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances.
Check out: No later than 10.00am.
We ask that if guests are arriving back from functions in the small hours of the morning, they be considerate of other guests staying on the site who wish for a good night’s sleep.
Damage: We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the hotel, or the fabric of the hotel itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit card will charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred. If guests lose room keys or accidentally take them home and do not return them there will be a charge of £15 to cover the cost of replacement.
Pets: Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement in CoCoes 1, CoCoes 2 and Print 1. A charge of £10 per day per dog is chargeable. We reserve the right to charge for any damage made without prior notice. Guests must advise us at the booking stage of their intention of bringing a pet to ensure the appropriate room is allocated. Strattons reserves the right to refuse accommodation and charge if guests arrive with pets not stated in the booking contract. Dog food and water bowls are available with walking routes & poop bags.
Children: Well-behaved children of all ages are welcome at Strattons at a small charge. Travel cots are charged at £10 per cot, z beds are charged at £20.
Smoking: Strattons is ‘No smoking’ throughout. Any guest found to be smoking may be asked to leave immediately and will be charged £100 for room cleaning.
We accept cash, personal cheques with a guarantee card, and most major credit cards.
Tesla car charging points are available on a first come first served basis charged at a fixed rate of £15 per charge.
